Dionne's expertise lies in restructuring and consulting, where he has successfully restructured seven companies, enhancing their market presence and financial health.

At i49 Group, Inc., he architected a new program called The Edge to help business leaders train trains to create a high-value culture. His role in companies like Exchange America showcased his ability to rebrand and reposition companies for market leadership.

An author and scholar, Dionne has written about management intelligence, integrating his extensive research in Eastern and Western management practices. He holds an impressive educational portfolio with degrees in Electrical Engineering, Theology, Business Administration, and a Ph.D. in Leadership & Management.
